The hamburger patties are 80/20 gourmet ground beef and the ribeyes are 16oz prime Lindz Heritage 100% Angus beef. Starting this Friday, we will also be offering vacuum sealed raw and ready to grill proteins with a 14-day shelf life available for purchase (more info to come).
